We use your feedback to help us understand the quality of care the service gives. It helps make care better for everybody else.

We’ll pass it to our inspectors. It can tell them what they need to look at when they carry out an inspection.

This is different from making a formal complaint. To make a formal complaint you must contact the service itself

You do not have to give us your name or contact details. But it's more likely we can take action if you do.
